Here are the new rules revised as of 12/27/09.

01. Do not disrespect Staff Members. Be respectful in both the forums and any private communications with Staff Members. Staff Members are volunteers that donate many, many hours of their own time to help in the forums. Violations of this rule will not be tolerated.

Staff Members volunteer their time to keep this place as a fun and safe environment.

02. No Advertising Other Sites. We employ a strict "no advertising" policy. Obviously, linking to sources of articles is okay, however posting links in order to send traffic to those sites is unacceptable. Such posts will be removed and the member will be warned.

However, you can post links to heavily trafficked sites, such as MSN, Yahoo, Google, Youtube, and etc. Do not post your Myspace pages, Facebook pages, or any personal webpage that you own, or to others.

03. Leave all Spam and +1 threads in the Spam Section. This section can be found To view this link you need to register!.

There is no point to spam in the other areas because it will not benefit you in any way. Gold Member can only be obtained by a donation now.

04. No linking to viruses, referral sites, or maliciously coded websites either in your signature or in your post.

05. No Mod/Admin Begging. The Head Administrator is happy to promote fit users to a position of authority if they display the proper attitude, responsibility, discipline, and maturity. One way to show the exact opposite of all of these qualities is to ask for a position of authority. If you're fit for the position, we will find you, not vice-versa. Violation of this will result in a Warning; repeated offenses may result in a Ban.

06. Softcore semi-nude is allowed. This may only be allowed in avatars. These avatars may consist of only see through clothes, nipple slips, and the buttocks. Anything besides that will land in a permanent ban.

07. No posts that attack, insult, "flame", defame, or abuse members or non-members. Respect other members of the community and don't belittle, make fun off, or insult another member or non-member. "Flaming" and insults, however, will not be tolerated. Agree to disagree.

08. No PM Spamming. Spamming unsolicited messages through the use of the PM (Private Message) system is strictly prohibited. You will be warned and/or banned.

09. Any impersonation of a user from these forums, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in a banning.

10. Start a new thread intelligently. When asking for assistance, please use a descriptive subject to illustrate your situation. Please avoid the following examples:

"Help Please!" or "Need Help! or "OMG WTF!111 or "CANT CONNTECT PLZ HELP!1!!!"

11. No Excessive Bumping. If people want to reply to your thread they will do. Please don't post repeatedly in your own thread to bump it. You may make a bumping post if 24 hours has past and your topic has received no reply.

12. Users may not argue a moderators decision publicly. Any and all complaints directed at a moderator must first address the moderator in question via PM. If the problem can not be resolved, then the moderator and user must send their positions to the forum admin. The forum admin will make or change any and/or all final decisions.

13. Immediate banning from the forum can result from any of the following: The posting of hardcore pornography; illegal pornography, discriminatory remarks which are sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive; excessive obscene or vulgar language; posts which discuss or illustrate illegal activity; providing links to sites that contain any of the aforementioned.

14. Trolling is prohibited, except in the Spam Section. Trolling is the word used to describe a post that is deliberately designed for the purpose of angering and insulting the members of the forum community. Posts of this nature are disruptive and do not convey a friendly attitude. Do not post comments in threads with the sole purpose to cause an argument. You are free to express your opinion on a matter, but this is not the place to abuse anyone who doesn't have the same opinion as you. Repeat trolling will result in a ban.

15. Be respectful of others at all times. The purpose of the forum is to provide a platform for the exchange of ideas. Occasionally, there will be conflicts that arise when people voice opinions. Be courteous when disagreeing with others. It is possible to disagree without being insulting.

16. No use of explicit, obscene or vulgar language or images and/or messages, including racist remarks.

17. Any impersonation of a user from these forums, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in a banning.

18. No Post/Topic Spamming. Do not post the same topic and/or post in multiple forums. We realize sometimes this happens within the same topic due to technical issues but other than that this is strictly prohibited.

19. No Ban Contesting. Though we like to have an open dialogue with our users, a ban will stay a ban. Please do not log on under a different account or send an e-mail to ask why you have been banned. If you are unable to realize why you were banned, your lack of understanding of the Rules is probably the reason itself. If you logon under a different account somehow after a banning, you will once again be Banned.

20. No Cross-posting. Posting the same question in more than one forum is not allowed. Should this occur, then only the thread in the most relevant forum will be left open; all others will be locked and subsequently deleted.

Pretty much, these rules apply on the entire forum, except with one exception of the Spam Section. You can post almost anything you want in the spam section and get away with it scot free.

The only rule you can not break is Rule #1 and Rule #2. Breaking those rules in the Spam Section will land you a ban.

Surely this means that Gm Application threads are pretty much pointless??

I don't think you should be able to post hardcore porn in the spam section. Isn't that a violation of the ToS? o_o
