CFS Revival - Shoupz

There will be a new project for the CFS, but this time, I have people to help me out with it. We will be making custom items, custom mobs, custom bosses, custom instances and much more. Who knows, if we go all out on this, we might have a brand new fun server to play on.

I have my team set up already, and the people that are helping me with this project are:

Rem
Barbie

We are open to hear about ideas and suggestions, so go ahead, throw them at us. We're here to listen.

Suggestion: fix meta stacking, its getting... popular.

Other than that sounds awesome, i just hope the mobs are semi-scripted and not just tank & spanks, but who knows.

I'm pretty sure I got some free time.
I can give some suggestions, not much on programming/ scripting or such matters. I barely know/ don't know anything about programming. :S

Anyways, for the idea part, I suggest: (the obvious)
1) Custom gear ahoy! Doesn't everyone miss that 0.02 atk speed and 95% dodge?
2) Bosses dropping custom trinkets, necklaces, relics etc. (Maybe normal gear as well?) I think we should give the guys some basic gear and have them raid for awesome trinkets/ necklaces/ etc.
3) Have another tier based system. So basically, a guy starts with the most basic custom gear and he can raid to get better stuff.
4) More talent points? I'm sensing some real OP classes could come out of this.

Instead of SSM or those kind of retail instances, I suggest that we do a "maze" type instance, or an obstacle course. So you have players jumping around custom made stairs (trick jumping). To reach the next boss, you would have to trick jump some stairs and reach the next platform. Not sure if you guys understand what I wrote, heh.

Oh well, theres my 2 cents.

I have ideas for Ragefire Chasm and Stormwind Stockade. I just need to know what customs we're going to have so I can make appropriate trash/bosses.

Or I can scrap ideas for RC/SS and we can do a massive overhaul of Naxxramas and open one wing at a time. Of course, the final two bosses in Sapphiron's and Kel'thuzad's lair would require you to have the customs from the first four wings. So I can't really make anything until I see some customs first (they can't be tier sets 'cause you can't enchant them; same with weapons; you'd need to create rings, necklaces, capes, trinkets...).

Edit: well, I guess having custom tier sets and weapons wouldn't hurt. You'd just be unable to enchant them -- ever. So I'm thinking you'd need some truly imba-ass customs.

Well I am definitely in.
The weekends I have like 90% free time.. 10% is me taking a piss,eating and sleeping.

I have experience with creating items, mobs, bosses however instances i have no knowledge of yet.

Anyway I'm definitely up for helpin out mate.

I really like the custom chants idea instead of gear, its always nice to see people wearing diff gear instead of everyone looking like they're cookie cutter copies and throwing this stuff in RFC and Stockades sounds really awesome idea. umm lets see what can i throw in to the idea pool....I say if you up the max level and skill points we should start at 80 like normal and get the rest of the levels and skill points the old fashioned way. PS if you go with custom gear altho i know it means a bit more work i really like factional gear.
